Vendor Rules

• Limited Spots available

• Applications will be reviewed and acceptance into the event is not guaranteed until written confirmation (via email) from NHCHF.

• No Phone Calls Please

• Applications are due on or before May 3rd, 2025.

• Late submissions will NOT be accepted - NO EXCEPTIONS

• If invited to vend payment of $150.00 is due within 24 hours

•Confirmation email will give payment instructions and deadline

•Fees are nonrefundable

• We are not accepting vendors with any flags or flag paraphernalia (these are exclusive to the Festival to raise funds for next festival)

How Many Spots

By participating in the New Haven Caribbean Heritage Festival (NHCHF), I release NHCHF from any liability related to personal injury, loss, or damage during the event and agree to follow all event rules.

 

Vendor Information

Limited vendor spaces. • Application deadline: May 3rd, 2025. Late applications not accepted. • Acceptance confirmed via email only. • Accepted vendors must pay a non-refundable $150 fee within 24 hours. • Payment details provided upon acceptance • Vendors cannot sell flags or related items (exclusive to festival). • Note: No phone inquiries; updates via email only.
